Base Service Fee (staff & display):

1–50 guests — $650+

50–100 guests — $1,000+

100–150 guests — $1,400+

150+ guests — custom

(Service Only – oysters, ice & supplies extra)

Oysters (Raw charged @ MKP): 

curated regional selections, billed per oyster at loaded market price (typically $3–$3.50 each).

Grilled Oysters: add $1.50 per oyster

Included:   custom oyster bar display (Rustic Tin or Pearl & White Elegant), professional shuckers with guest interaction, sauces/condiments, lemons, plates, napkins.

Service time:     up to 4 hours active service, plus up to 2 hours setup/breakdown.

If the full premium package isn’t what you need, our Cocktail Hour Oyster Bar delivers the same refinement in a focused, one-hour feature. This elegant station is designed for Champagne welcomes, cocktail receptions, or pre-dinner gatherings, offering guests a taste of coastal luxury.

Base Service Fee: $350 flat -professional shucker, refined bar setup, sauces/condiments, lemons, plates, napkins, up to 1 hour of active service.

Raw Oyster Packages (Oysters charged @ MKP):

Pearl—3 oysters per guest

Shell—6 oysters per guest

Tide   — 10 oysters per guest 

Grilled Upgrade: + $1.50 per oyster

Included:  professional shucker on-site, sauces, condiments, lemons, plates, napkins.

Service time:  up to 1 hour.

Quotes required 30+ days in advance

Travel fee: $0.49/mile after 50 miles.

Deposit:   25% due at booking

Payments:   Balance invoiced 30 days before, due 7 days prior

Cancellations:

90+ days: full refund

30–90 days: deposit transferable

<30 days: deposit forfeited

Guest Count:

Final number due 14 days before event

Special Requests:

Regional oysters by market price & availability

Extended Service: $100/hour per shucker  (Premium only)

Insurance: Fully insured; client provides safe setup area & permits

Consumer Advisory: Oysters may be served raw and can contain bacteria that cause illness if consumed raw or undercooked. Individuals with certain health conditions are at higher risk.
